· contact your Veterinary Surgeon to obtain consent to enable us to provide therapies for your pet and to obtain your pets full veterinary records.

· contact other professionals as requested by you and the pet’s vet.

· dealing with entries into a competition.

· seek your views or comments on the services we provide.

· notify you and remind you of your booking via email, phone calls or text.

· send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you such as rehabilitation and exercise.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
