I shall be continuing with the protocols listed below, in order to allow me to make

 my visits as risk free and as safe as possible for both my clients and me.

Please read through the following: -

- Home visits will take place as detailed below.  If any client is deemed as clinically vulnerable, please let me know and I will be happy to undertake a Lateral Flow Test prior to my visit.

- Appointments can be conducted Outside - these will be heavily reliant on the weather and reliant on my owners to be accommodating/flexible when booking.

- Appointments held Inside - these will require me to wear full protective clothing i.e., mask (if required), tunic, over trousers, shoe coverings and conducted in a well-ventilated room.  

- I will wash my hands and put on gloves prior to leaving home, 

which I will then remove prior to the massage.

-- Only one member of the household to attend the appointment where possible.

- Each home visit will be assessed individually with pre-appointment screening, and I will clarify with owners as to their medical status with regard to Covid-19 & variants pre-appointment.

- Home visits will not be consecutive. 

- Payment for my services would preferably be via Bank Transfer, 

but I will accept Cheque or Cash

I am required to gain clearance from your Vet in order to adhere to the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966.

This to establish that massage will be appropriate for your dog and

will be required prior to confirming an appointment.

It is a free and easy process that I carry out on your behalf.

If your dog has an illness/injury prior to a pre-arranged booking, 

you must inform me as soon as possible. 

 I will then liaise with your Vet to establish whether a massage is still appropriate.

I am covered by the relevant Insurance through Balens Specialist Insurance.
